The House of Three offers a full range of services designed to provide a comfortable and supportive environment for Residents. These services are covered under most long-term care insurance policies and may qualify as a tax-deductible medical expense.

Personal Care

  • 24-hour professional Caregivers with live-in/relief staff
  • Licensed Nurse on call
  • Specialized training in caring for those with memory loss disorders
  • Multiple levels of care based on individuals’ disabilities, including those needing help with toileting, transfers, mobility, eating, etc.
  • In-house geriatric physician may be available based upon house location
  • Medication oversight
  • Skilled nursing services such as physical, occupational, and speech therapies can be provided by your preferred home health provider while at the House of Three (usually covered by Medicare).
  • Bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
  • Incontinence management
  • Home-cooked meals tailored to dietary needs, with snacks available anytime
  • Personal preferences with regard to meals, snacks, and schedules are met
  • Manicures
  • Beautician/Barber services available
  • Podiatry services available at some locations
  • Most times transportation for shopping or doctor visits can be provided

Home Provides

  • Single story homes located in residential neighborhoods
  • Secure attractively landscaped backyards with large deck/patio
  • Each Resident room is private
  • Suites include handicapped-accessible bathroom with easy access or roll-in showers
  • Bright, sunny sitting areas
  • Private family visitation areas
  • Housekeeping and laundry service
  • Cable TV/Wi-Fi Service
  • Webcam viewing for family members

Activities

  • To the extent as possible, each Resident of the House of Three will be encouraged to participate in a variety of activities within the home. We will seek to offer the activity in which they have found the most pleasure, i.e., puzzles, playing cards (other residents, staff and volunteers can join in on card games), knitting (supervised as needed to continue to be able to knit), hunting (books and magazines, movies, shows on hunting, guests to discuss hunting trips), gardening, etc.
  • Celebrations appropriate for all major holidays/seasons. Many times, family members will be asked to come be a part of the event.

  • Bible Study/ Prayer time/Religious Services
